Your new AON-M2 3D printer ships by freight and weighs over 250kg when fully packaged. We highly recommend that you have at least two, preferably three people perform the entire setup process.
Please review the full setup instructions before getting started to familiarize yourself with the process.
Upon arrival, check for any signs of mishandling or damage on the external packaging. Please document any severe signs of damage and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also send the Support team the requested photos of the tilt and shock indicator stickers.
The AON-M2 has wheels whereas pallets do not. Be sure to remove the outermost packaging and take the unit off the pallet first to facilitate the operation.

1.1 Prepare off-loading ramp
The crate is equipped with a wooden ramp to unload the printer from its pallet. Removing the 4 Phillips head screws on the box will deploy the ramp. The ramp is placed on the front side of the machine such that the printer can be unloaded in the same direction.
