Required Tools & Equipment
- Nozzle Cleaning Wiper Blade
- Low-Scratch Nozzle Cleaning Brush
- 2.5mm hex wrench
Undo the M3 bolts holding the blade and brush components in place, taking note of the vertical alignment of both. Remove, replace, and re-align such that the tip of both the blade and the brush just touch the tip of the hot end nozzle.
Do not overtighten the bolts holding the brush component in place to avoid forcing out the heat-set threaded insert.
Due to design changes the wiper brush assembly may be either 3D printed, or made of metal.
